On further thought, it may not be as interesting. The alignment from CERN to Gran Sasso is built up from short segments, none of which will be long enough for local space-curvature to become significant, so a dead-reckoning alignment would probably be very close to perfect for neutrinos travelling in a straight line.

A laser beam pointed along a 730 km bore-hole from CERN to Gran Sasso might then need to be 0.4 degrees off flat-space geometry ... but I'd expect that somebody would have seen that when looking at satellites with lasers.

That alignment is done for the direction of the beam on our 3 axes. There's no reason for a fourth axis to come out anywhere close to the right direction.

Time is the 4th dimension of our perceived universe. You'd be thinking of the 5th and higher dimension

There's every reason for the beam to remain aligned - it starts off in our brane, so the alignment in the 5th and high dimensions is in the plane/planes of our brane. Light beams are bent when passing through a gravitational field (aka as curved space time), thus following a longer path but the proposition is that the neutrino beam isn't.
