some peoblems with CDMA and modem constellation diagram problem

I have some problems as follows.if u can help me out plz. I will really appriciate ur help.

1) A modem constellation diagram has data points at the following coordinates (1, 1), (2,1) (1,2), (2,2) (-1,1), (-2,1) (-1,2), (-2,2) (1,-1) (2,-1) (1, -2) (2,-2) (-1,-1) (-2,-1) (-1,-2) (-2,-2) (The above is 16-QAM)

What is its maximum rate in bits per second if it is transmiting at

2400 baud?

2) Given the following CDMA chip sequences for +1 (0 has the complementary chip sequence): A: (-1 -1 -1 +1 +1 -1 +1 +1) B: (-1 -1 +1 -1 +1 +1 +1 -1) C: (-1 +1 -1 +1 +1 +1 -1 -1) D: (-1 +1 -1 -1 -1 -1 +1 -1) Show the transmission and recovery at the base station when A and C send 1's and D sends a 0 and B does not send.
