Sorry, but what has google groups got to do with the USENET? I didnt open the original post, cos it looked like crap. Google may have bought the dejanews arch, but it don t make it the boss of the USENET

To post to Usenet from Google Groups,[1] someone must establish an account with Google Groups.
If that someone does not abide by the ToS, that account can be cancelled. At that point, to continue posting (rubbish), that someone must establish a new account. It may be only a minor inconvenience to that someone, but it is a tool we have against the Google trollers. . . [1] You missed that part?
