Well, 300 pA typical / 30 nA max leakage at 120V, 25 C isn't bad for a
2A diode.Schottkies would have real trouble with that--the lowest leakage one I can find immediately is the RB068MM100, whose leakage is 400 nA max @
100V, 25 C.The forward recovery looks very nice: 685 mV typ at dI/dt = 20A/us.
Yeah, pretty quick for a PN device.
Overall a pretty good one, I think.
