I hadn't noticed a lot of ads from DK.

They are a handy multi-vendor parts search engine, although lately a lot of their datasheet links are stupid or broken.

And parts pricing can be amusing.

I'd pay for a really good multi-vendor parts search engine.

I've been seeing that problem but can usually work around it. Open Edge, paste the link and do the mouse button hold test to prove you're human. Now paste the link into Firefox and it will likely open fine. Close Edge and forget about it again.

It may not be an ad problem but rather a problem with a system designed to guess whether or not there's a human behind the IP address you're coming in from. Tor gets nowhere.

You're running software that breaks your browser and it's their fault?

I'll just take my business to sites that do not try to shove unwanted ads into my face.

Digikey has unwanted adverts? There's a couple of carousels on their Home page promoting their services but that's about it for unprompted adverts.

With what seems like a 300% mark-up they have no need to push adverts.
