A small CRT with external deflection plates, with either a CCD to get the spot position servo the tubes anode voltage to keep the spot position constant and you have a nice HV voltmeter :-) Just mask the beam rest position and you have a detector. Would have to be a custom CRT :-(
More practical: a pair of X7R HV capacitors used as tuning caps for an oscillator, then monitor the oscillation frequency. Of course, temperature might be an issue at 50V but this can be calibrated out.

I'm not a troll like you are insulting me. The problem is quite simple.
U(voltage) detection = [30..3KV], 5KV 20ms surge should power a LED with 1 or 2mA and a,n opamp with 0.5mA under 5V
There is no secrecy on that subject. The indicator is placed in a powertrai n near six huge HV capacitors (no need to explain how usefull this indicato r is). Note that is just an indicator with no explicit reliabilty. No need to explain those points to be able to design something or simply ex pose an idea, but ideas obviously you haven't, and sufficient skills in ele ctronics you haven't and will never have.
