Security cameras are the best option to add value, comfort and security to your homes and business. A small incidence of burglary or theft may destroy your valuable property completely. You can use dome cameras with a PTZ quality PAN tilt and zoom which gives you a clear view. CCTV cameras, IP cameras, alarm systems and lot of different equipments are used. These cameras can easily installed on walls and ceilings of your office as they came with different attachments which makes it easy to install.

Of course, this spamming asshole will never return here to review his post, but let's dissect it anyway. :)
First sentence. Subject-verb agreement. Good. 10 points. More "homes" than "business". Probably an error, but a welcomed one if you happen to be so lucky.
Uh-o. A "small incidence of burglary or theft... destroy your property completely". In that case, it's not "small". Further, "burglary" is not restricted solely to theft, and "theft" does not imply destruction. The burglar may simply take your item and keep it in pristine condition
Skipping ahead...
"PTZ quality PAN tilt and zoom" Humm. Sounds like this gem came from the Department of Redundancy Department. PAN is capitalized for no apparent reason, and the author has an aversion to commas.
"..can easily installed.." sounds like something is missing? Oh I know - the entire connecting thought is missing. There is nothing connecting theft with any notion that a camera will help.
Apparently, the author has greatly accelerated the camera since it can be in two places at once: wall AND ceiling. Better to use the word "or" here. But to make sure you get the point, the concept of easy installation is mentioned twice in the same sentence.
It's too bad spammers don't have any money. You could make a mint as an advertising copy editor. Even a bad one.
