hi frenz, yesterday I questioned about rs323 port,at last I found from google that this is DB9 connector which is used for video transmission.But still now Im in doubt that 1.how it transfers the video with corresponding data rate ? 2. data rate of the port can be varied or not?

h 323 only deals with video encoding & streaming. It does not define a cabling standard much less cable pin-outs. It is usually assumed to stream over TCP/IP but any transport layer may be used such as radio & satellite transmission. Rafi seems to be getting several things mixed together.
Rafi, can you post a link to this RS323 site you found via google. Maybe we can sort this out.
When the people on this board says there is no RS323, there is high probability that it doesn't exist. We have been working with electronics for a long time. Myself, I have been in this field for 8+ years and I have personally used most of the 'RS' standards: 232, 485,
422.. you name it.If you think RS323 exists then point us to where you heard about it.

You seem to have things confused with each other. A given connector type doesn't necessarily imply what type of signal is being passed across it. Also, analog video, digital video, and asynchronous digital data are different things.
On older personal computers, the 9 pin D connector was used for CGA type analog video. Those old type computers also used to use 25 pin D connectors for async data (sometimes referred to as RS-232).
Newer computers use a 15 pin D connector for xVGA analog video, and a 9 pin D connector for the async data.
Digital video is available now (DVI/HDMI), for PCs, but uses a totally different type of connector.
