If I was in error, and I was dealing with civilized beings, I'd expect
a gentlemanly objection like: "Wouldn't a little hysteresis be in
order in order to eliminate the chatter on the microcontroller's reset
input?"
However, since it seems that I'm dealing with dogs, all that delicacy
goes right out the window and I'm forced to respond in kind.
