The distributors suddenly show zero stock for Renesas SiGe discretes, including my favourites NESG3031 and NESG4030. In the manufacturer web page

all the SiGe discretes have gone under the "Phase Out" status, including the NESG7030 which they introduced only recently. It's as if they have made a corporate decision to give up SiGe discrete business, or like their main foundry has gotten destroyed in an earthquake.
Any insider info about what's going on?
