That is literally criminal.
Since a substantial proportion of the US population is malnourished - mostly manifesting itself as obesity - your own administration would be equally criminal.
You still haven't got universal health, and the health care you do deliver costs half as much again more than the most expensive of the other advanced industrial countries, which suggests your health care system - such as it is - is a thoroughly criminal rip-off. It can deliver great health care to people who can pay for it. It's dismal performance during the Covid-19 epidemic is a reminder that - for infectious diseases - universal health care offers advantages even to those rich enough to buy it for themselves.
