The only newish one is TI JFE 150 / JFE 2140 (Bond out options of exactly the same chip.) But they are not exactly cheap.

They're culling a lot of devices, including the ZTX851 and ZTX951. I'll miss these.

Are similar ones still going to be available in a different package? From a quick look, it seemed like there are still some surface mount ones that are vaguely similar.

Are you asking about the ZTX devices?

The SMD FZT851/951 are also EOL but it looks like the automotive parts FZT851/951Q are still active.

I haven't measured the Rbb of these automotive parts, but I will.
