You can't fix stupid. You can't even put a Band-Aid? on it, because it's
Teflon coated.
Does not make a difference; "impossible" remains a valid answer.

The smallest inductance I have designed into a circuit was ~1.6 pH. Superconducting, too. Parasitics were smaller.
