If you want simple quick and easy, visit your local home brew store for a thermostat to lager your brew in any ordinary small freezer. =20 Add relay to invert its output and set the temperature.

=46or the use i described (lagering) i bought a UL certified Johnson = Controls remote bulb device. It should be very easy to get a UL contactor to complement the signal.
