Virtually everyone and their pet goldfish seem to want $995 for this instrument despite the large markup. TestMart at one time posted $865, but i did not have the money to take advantage. I found Used-Line asking $860 but they have about a half a dozen or so line items all "Fluke 8845A" with prices as high as $1200; soe marked "new" and some not. It is not clear that the $860 unit is used or not. In fact, it is not clear as to what the differences really are.
1) Is Used-Line legitimate or not?
2) Are there any other discounters (and are they legitimate)?
