is it possible?does anyone knows links or url talking about how to store data run time in the flash of this pic?i just have to store a couple of bytes,so i would avoid the use of an external EEPROM

If you mean can you program internal flash programaticly.

This device has In Circuit Serial Programming not In Chip Programming.
ICSP also requires 12V,

of course ,no pump for having the 12 volts for the flash,sorry for wasting your time,i was misleaded by a guy that assured to me that it did it
