No. Not looking for a project right now, sorry.

I have not much of an Idea of USB. but:

does it need a specific xtal frequency to work? your board is missing a crystal and load caps.

Does it need additional components for the USB(pull-ups or something?)

Your reset line is floating. Atmel has an appnote somewhere(AVR042) that details what to put there(pull up and capacitor.. ISP header..)

Decoupling capacitors are missing.(same appnote)

Do you want to use the ADC for low noise stuff? you may want to decouple VCC/AVCC...(same appnote)

How do you supply power? It may need some during programming(depends on the programming dongle used)

You may want a 2x5 pin ISP header (the atmel thing)

Or JTAG..(No Idea, never tried that on atmel.. don't know if register maps are public..)

The cape thing looks a lot like an off the shelf experimentation board. Align the headers a bit differently and you can use one directly instead of having to fab one. Or perhaps a breadboard...

BTW.. what is it supposed to do?
