Don't know what good it is, but someone may find a use.

Reminds me when i was a kid(early 50's) i thought of a tube (no transistors then) printed circuit..then thought of ways to make it. Different pencils on paper for resistors and wires, multi-layer conductive squares separated by paper for capacitors, etc..where the problem came was how to launch electrons across the paper surface.

Gnaw, run enough current through the resistor, paper carbonizes, voila, filament ;-)

Filament, yes; also pseudo-grids. But..to actually get electrons to be emitted in a non-vacuum in reasonable quantity and lifetime to be useful (as in a tube),that is not so good to say the least. Painting the paper with an insulator does not help, and paper does not exactly hold a vacuum properly. At least the circuit other than that major problem, is flexible. ..giving "flex" and fold-able circuits an early start.
