Output stage

I don't understand what is the difference between feedforward biasing and feedback biasing...for example, if i consider this circuit:

this is a voltage follower/general amplifier output stage: the upper part is feedforward biased, instead the lower part is feedback biased. I don't see any difference between upper and lower part...can you help me? Thanks
