Krw doesn't realise that "totalitarian socialism" is self-contradictory. Th e International Socialists threw out Marx and the proto-communists in 1870, correctly perceiving that the talk about the leading role of the party was undemocratic and likely to end up with a totalitarian regime - Bakunin's comment "If you took the most ardent revolutionary, vested him in absolute power, within a year he would be worse than the Tsar himself" has to be one of the more accurate examples of poliitcal prophecy around.

Krw's problem - one aspect of his total incapacity to re-write his internal memory - that he confuses socialism with communism. This is a lie that tha t the communists tried to propagate, and the US press collaborated enthusia stically, but it was always a lie.

g criminal and not been caught, but Ken Starr spent long enough looking for anything that he could pin on her, and failing, that we can be fairly sure that she isn't any kind of criminal.

To be more precise, Hillary is not a convicted criminal. I am fairly sure that she has done a number of things that are immoral. An example is inves ting in cattle futures with a firm and making an even $100,000 profit. If the firm had given her that amount it would have been a bribe and criminal . But laundered thru cattle futures , it was not an act that could be succ essfully prosecuted

In the same vein , having the Clinton Foundation accept donations from fore ign governments while she was Secretary of State. In this case a lot more money than was involved with the cattle futures.

Or setting up a server and private email so her email would not be subject to review.

Perhaps. But morality is in the eye of the beholder. "Criminal" has a very specific meaning, and John Larkin's claim was simply wrong.

So sort out your criminal justice system. Claiming that something is tantam ount to a bribe doesn't make it criminal - if it did you'd have retrospecti ve legislation.

reign governments while she was Secretary of State. In this case a lot mor e money than was involved with the cattle futures.

Wow. You want to put your entire government behind bars. Not a bad idea, bu t you'd sweep up a lot more than just the Clintons.

ct to review.

Maybe she didn't want Edward Snowdon snooping in them. Not all US civil ser vants are card-carrying Democrats, and they have been known to leak stuff f or political purposes. Diplomacy does depend on being able to call a spade a spade, and not having accurate descriptions fall into the hands of people who would find them offensive.

It's possible that her actions may have had base motives, but it's more lik ely that she didn't trust the system she was being asked to use.

As crooks go, my guess is that her investigators are going to dig more dirt on Donald Trump than Trump's are going to be able to dig up on her. Ken St arr spent a couple of years at it in the 1990's and came up empty, while Tr ump University looks very like a a fake education scam.

Australia went through a phase of encouraging privately owned, profit-makin g educational institutions a few years ago, and the police are now busy pro secuting a significant proportion of them for fraud.
