Anyone else got pix of destruction they've come across?

That was me. We tested a bunch of big n and p-channel power fets to destruction, to derive safe-operating-area limits.

I think I am having a reality malfunction here John.

I couldn't find the thread in abif but I find a thread from you in abse and wonder of wonders, I have saved an attachment which turns out was posted about 10 hours before the datestamp on my local copy here and my post to sed. The math works for me, so you can take the photo as old news :o)

As I browse the groups, I save anything that sounds interesting and then look at the stuff en-masse later - obvioously made the (wrong) connection with abif - soz.

the polaron group - nope - lost on me, from a google they have a place here and in Watford but polaron are now owned by cooper controls according this site

but that draws a blank also (not even listed as polaron or cooper* in yellow pages)
