This classic Art Deco skyscraper has sat totally unoccupied for many years now; it was too big a structure for Providence in 1925 and it still is. Except it's filled with asbestos and non-compliant stairwells and other hazards that would cost hundreds of mil to remediate.

due to the current situation it will probably sit the same way for a number more years until the property becomes valuable enough to begin tearing it down; various ideas have been pitched for historical preservation and use afterwards but none seem financially work-able so far. At the moment nobody seems to really know what to do with it so there it sits.

A perfect radiator is a perfect insulator, it's probably far from a perfect radiator but if the outside is hot should mean they're saving on da cooling bills.

I think someone told the architect to design a fortress.
