Even if oil is only $25 a barrel just charge Americans $3.50 a gallon for gas, they're good for it. They're not giving up their trucks and SUVs, charge them whatever and get that money.
BETter yet, buy crude oil futures; should be cheap as prices presumedly have been near or even below zero.
Nop, it's close to $80 today. My bet is on $100.
Sorry, impression was from April 2020 when actual prices was in the $10/bbl region.
Charts show prices all over the map in last 10 years.
