Check to see if these instruments are still supported by TEK. (I doubt it) If they are not,you will not be able to find schematics as TEK never published any for ANY of the TDS series scopes,except for those bought by the US military. Parts will not be available for them from TEK. Since they are out of support,TEK will not repair them,only cal service is offered.
