NPN complements to the BCV62C (current mirror)?

I figured someone here would know this.

I'm looking for the NPN complements to the BCV62C. The BCV62C is a dual PNP with an internal base to base to collector connection, for current mirrors (SOT143).

Even if it's comparable.

I've been looking at all the usual spots Newark, Digikey etc. But I can't find an NPN in a SOT143 package. This doesn't mean they don't have them. The search engines aren't exactly ideal.

Are there any other duals like the BCV62C with an internal base collector connection designed for current mirrors?In NPN.
