This is a EM-411 25$ or so GPS module from dealextreme.com connected to +5V and the output to the PIC serial in. PIC is on 5V, and so is OLED module. SDA OLED goes to PIC pin 13, and SCL OLED goes to PIC pin 1, and RESET OLED goes to PIC pin 6. thats all.

OLED 10$, PIC 2$50?

Oh, and you need a battery too.

This is still test code, next is a 24LC1025 for position logging, and already you can carry it around for a day. next..

I have blanked out the exact position as protection against drones etc...

Note the 'main' loop in the software, its empty, nothing here but interrupts.
