New Switching Converter Topology?

I don't see that it is a self oscillating variant

Would be nice, the router Jensen converters has been used extensively for LCD backlight supplies with good performance

Cheers

For my fermentation fridge, yes, mostly comments such as that it is awfully bulky (it's a converted former wine cooler with a huge glass door). Until she sampled the American Honey Wheat beer I brew mostly for her.

She was my first encounter at the marketing department of my first employer, we married and I still love her. Or in modern speak I am still on wife 1.0.

Hehe, true, but... are the switchers famous for their striking beauty? :-)

Large toroids at least have that steampunk flavor...

Yeah, but if you design a switcher towards it you can make sure that it emits an evil hiss when loaded. Like older Mercedes S-class cars when you step on it.

"Wet dream" was the important part of the phrase, anyway.

Ah, so you have to get her drunk before you can "get your way". ;-)

As am I, likely a bit longer, too. She was my antagonist in 9th grade biology, 50 years ago (I was going out with her best friend). ;-)

Interesting description, wife 1.0. I'm still on wife 1.0 after 57 years ;-) Met her in high school French class. ...Jim Thompson

And lack the capacity to keep track of what's going on around them.

I'm only a few years younger than Jim and do remember the use of the colour to denote "inexperienced" - derived from timber-working, where "green wood " is unreasoned. I've managed to realise that the word is now also used to mean "sensitve to ecological arguments".

Language changes continuously, and if you can't keep track of the changes y ou've lost it.

"Novel technology" is mega-out, the new buzz word that gets venture funding is "disruptive technology" :-)

TI makes an IC for it but no idea how well it is selling.

LTC or now AD has a write-up about the differences versus simple inverting:
