Anybody familiar with this beast? Google doesn't come up with much. I know that its 100V, 15A, Si-NPN in a TO-3. Tried to sub it with a 2N3772 in an audio application with mediocre results. The amplifier is a horrible old complementary, other device is 2N2148, Ge-PNP.
