need someone to build and manufacture basic electronic box

i want to make a custom electronics box, that can play several set sounds effects and the ability to sample (record) 5 seconds of audio and replay it. it also needs:

- audio in and out (probably RCA), no speaker necessary

- volume control for effects and sample playback

- metal or wood casing

- set sound effects buttons

- sample record and trigger button

- custom graphics application

additional notes

- will need 25-50 initially, but could potentially need 100+

- I like the look of the moogerfoogers, but doesn't have to be this polished, going for the old school look. there will definitely be a feedback process in terms of design and look.

You need to include the amount of money you are willing to pay someone to do this job, or you may get little or no response.

This project doesn't sound so simple to me. Moogerfoogers cost $279, so 50 pieces would be $14k and 100 would be $28k. That might support the engineering cost and risk.

That sounds so incredibly boring, a "product" for the same dull people who probably take that prescription drug for Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)- if that isn't a crock- next there will be a drug for Late Afternoon Fidgetiness (LAF) to help the clock watchers overcome their anxiety.
