DIR /S /B >TEMP.CSV
open TEMP.CSV in the spreadsheet program. Copy the column into a place lower in the spreadsheet. Use the find and replace from cursor to change the names in the second copy. Move the second copy up into column B beside the ones in column A Insert a new column A Put the REN command in A1 and then copy it to the rest.
Now save this as TEMP.BAT in space delimited unquoted CSV mode
