To my suprise both the MPF102 and 2N3819 are not available in smd parts, only thru hole. Anyone know some similar substitutes in smd footprints?

I use MMB4393 and it's relatives as plain ole JFETs at audio freq. Not sure about their HF performance. Here's a link to the Fairchild JFETS:
