Modulation doubts

Hi engineer..,



well, I think my question will be most basic to you yet I need your help :-)


Modulation:- (a) Freuency (b) Amplitude



well, I don't have any problem with frequency modulation because from an electronic Oscillator we can produce frequncies depending upon our requirements



what my point is..,



How Amplitude modulation was done ?



because, we can't produce Amplitude of a wave from the crystal ( oscillator or what ever it is;)



then, how Amplitude was produced depending upon requirements ? ____



what equations do you people use most frequently for "Amplitude" Modulation ?

That\'s not true. Consider a swing at a playground and it should be obvious that while the frequency of its swing will stay more-or-less constant, the amplitude of its swing will vary with the force applied to it.

(1) Can you please tell me, how to determine the "amplitude" of a given crystal ?

(2) Is the amplitude of a crystal is just "constant" ? or it is "varying" at different places ?

Yes, I have the answer for your home work.

Frequency (FM) and Amplitude (AM)

FM = Foreign music. AM = American music..
