Need a very bright smallish single LED part one of each red and green.

50 ma available. Suggestions please.

Package size? Viewing angle?

Your best bet for this sort of question is Digikey's web site. You can search and sort on all relevant parameters.

These Osram parts are really nice pure colors, and are annoyingly bright at 10 mA.
