Large signal PSpice transistor models

I don't know what your problem is (understatement) but I didn't pay anything for mine.

Did you look at the links I posted?? We were talking about the three-digit 2N222, not the 2N2222.

Do SPICE models even exist for any pure-Ge (not SiGe) transistors???
