I'm trying to find the KAF-8300 CCD Horizontal Shift Register Capacity. Kodak hasn't been replying to my emails. They give the maximum well depth as 25.5Ke but if I bin them I'll get more at the shift register. There is a drawing showing a max current output of
5.4mA across 810 ohms and they say the output sensitivity is 23uV/e so I guess it must be less than 190Ke. I'd like to get a better number. Has anybody used this CCD and come across this value?
