IXYZ Z-MOS Power Mosfets

Does anyone have experience using the IXZ318N50 (Z-MOS). I want to use it for a 400V pulse generator for ultrasound - most likely in a half-bridge configuration. I was also looking at the gate-driver IXDD415SI to drive this mosfet
