IRF20957 driver

The IRF20957 driver consists of three parts: low side driver, high side driver, and floating input. Normally, the floating input is supposed to be on ground, low side sits on -100V power rail, and high side sits on +100V power rail.

Question: if this driver could be used in unipolar mode. That is, floating input and low side driver connected to the ground, and high side driver on the positive rail of +200V.

There is nothing in the datasheet that tells it can't be used that way. Datasheet states max. rail-to-rail voltage of 200V, but it doesn't say anything about max. voltage between floating input and upper rail . The IR support was worseless.

but abs max. does say that Vdd can be -.3 to 210V and that Vss will have to "follow" to keep Iddz below 10mA
