How were these microstrip crosstalk formaulas derived

Could some electronics guru here shed some light on this ?

A number of Web sites(please see URLs below) list formulas for computing crosstalk coefficient for parallel microstrips. However no references are cited. Any hints, suggestions on how these formulas were obtained, would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
