Is that possible to use hspice to get current noise density ?

For example,

V1 V1 0 dc 1 ac 1 .noise v(vo) V1 10 .plot onoise

we can get the voltage noise density. But if I write

V1 V1 0 dc 1 ac 1 .noise i(M1) V1 10 .plot onoise

,there is nothing!

Could somebody help me? Thanks!

You need an "IAC" source to get I(INOISE)
