Hi
I have a GDSII file with the masks for a MEMS device and I would like to produce a 3d-solid from one of the layers (by extrusion) in order to import it into a FEA package for simulation or at least into a CAD package where I can translate it to the proper format (let's say autocad).
Does someone know of a software package I can use for that? (Sorry if this is not the right group for this question, I'm rather new in MEMS)
