Isn't it more straightforward to use the built in scripting capability?

.meas tran vpeak max v(out) .meas tran t10 when v(out) = 0.1*vpeak rise=1 .meas tran t90 when v(out)=0.9*vpeak rise=1 .meas tran trise param t90-t10

Doesn't that put the results into a log file? Four numbers in this case. Four more for fall time.

I like to see waveforms.
