Ok, just been LTspiceing something (+added garlic), a smps, and done a quick FFT on the o/p, and the plot went down to -300dB.
Shouldn't it stop at -273.16dB?

Sorry was not clear; *mathematically* the answer is not defined. So the answer to your question is *no* value.
