Downmix 5.1 to 4 channel, and also keep 5.1 output?

I want to mix the 5.1 output of my PC down to 4 channels, while maintaining the 5.1 output for my headphones.

Any idea what I need to do to make his work?

Forget the graphic of the mixer, I want to see a picture of someone who has enough ears to make use of 5.1 channel headphones. ;-)
