The problem that it lacked information relating to working isolation voltage. They specify test isolation voltage (2KV, 6KV) which is impressive number but misleading since it not designed to sustain 2KV or 6KV isolation. This need to be clear on datasheet. The working voltage is defined electrical standard (EN65022 perhaps).
Switching ripple on the out is one of issue
