I must have missed your helpful explanation among the welter of unpleasantness. You obviously feel you know me better than I do.
I did that when I was a kid, magnetized things with a big electrolyric cap and a coil. No switch, I just touched wires together and got a big bang that usually welded them.
I could Dremel a pcb with a bunch of electrolytic caps and maybe eight or ten DPAK SCRs. That should make 10K amps for a few hundred microseconds, with the appropriate RL load to shape the pulse.
SCRs are nice because isolated gate drive would be easy.
Some of the DPAKs are rated for 1000 amps peak.

It must be unpleasant to learn that you are addressing the wrong problem, and few people would describe that as a helpful explanation.
I don't have to know you all that well to be able to point out that a bit of software designed to characterise broad-band noise isn't all that useful when people are looking at the small narrow-band harmonics created by small nonlinearities in an almost perfectly linear circuit.
John Larkin experiences any response that fall short of fulsome flattery as an insult. He doesn't post much that is worth saying anything nice about, and posts a lot that earns critical comment (and he really doesn't like that).
