circuit design tutor?

Greetings; I am just learning about electronics/ Is there a site that describes what each component in a curcuit does with arrows describing electron flow and what it is doing along the way? Thanks! Vern

(see, e.g., his Basic Electronics Course -- BEC -- link). That site's "curriculum" is close to what you see at trade schools -- the math is little more than algebra and the designs are applied.

Note that circuit design is almost always done assuming positive current flow

Go over to the other side of google, and put your question into its search box, but add "ial" to "tutor".
