FWIW, my friend tells me this is the cheapest MB he could find for those chips.
He added, "This one is a server board with the C602 server chipset as was used in the article. Probably won't last long! X79 chipsets are also compatible with this processor (non server duty).
There is a $600 vers of this mb which supports more memory with
