I heard NASA is getting involved and is going to do failure analysis for Toyota on this!
I presume there are no O-rings involved.
The old syllogism goes like this:
- All software has bugs;
- Software can always be recoded to be smaller;
Therefore
All software can be reduced to a single incorrect instruction.
