Hi,
I am looking for a UL approved Lithium Ion battery with following spces.,
- 400mAh to 1000mAh.
- 3.7 Volts
- 40mm x 30mm x 5 mm or close to this size plus minus 10 mm
- wires available at the output of the battery.

Should be easy enough.
All Li-Ion cells are 3.6ish to 4.2ish.
If you've got one that's -5mm thick, I think I can find a use for it. ;-)
Don't know about your size restrictions, but that's common.
How many do you need?
