What equations should I use to calculate the band GAP energy of semi-conductors, knowing :
- The length of the edges of the crystal lattice.
- The wavelength.
Temperature is 300=B0K and the elements are: GaP, GaAs, InP, CdSe, AlSb, InAs, InSb.
